WELCOME

As you consider entering a therapeutic relationship with me, please get to know a bit more about who I am and how I have developed as a psychotherapist:

Psychotherapy is at its core a relational practice. It requires presence and skillfulness, emotional resonance and the capacity to provide a gentle witness to another person; to you. Therapy also requires a good enough relationship for growth. The good enough relationship is  one wherein you can develop trust to share your inner world and to open yourself to the process of therapy, which is the process of your growth and healing. The quality of our relationship is key to a your therapeutic experience.

My work has developed over two decades and is grounded in the core belief that you have the inherent capacity for healing, resilience, and growth. When I meet you as a your therapist, you can count on my compassionate presence, mindful attention to your whole being, and to sculpting our sessions to meet what arises for you specifically.

I have always been drawn to exploring our inner world and the vast landscape of the psyche. My training and influences include Jungian (Depth) Counseling Psychology and Dream Tending; Mindfulness and Contemplative Practices; and Cutting Edge Approaches Bridging Neuroscience and Psychology.
