integrative psychotherapy for healing, resilience, and growth
Our Work Together
I believe that healing happens in relationship. We are built for connection, but sometimes connection feels elusive, or even traumatic. This is where I come in.
Psychotherapy facilitates the experience of positive change, the felt sense of support and ease, and the expansiveness that comes from emerging insights. We will identify and build upon your strengths in session that you can weave into your life outside of session. Our work will enhance your understanding of sensations and responses in your body, help you identify and address patterns of thinking or behavior, and facilitate greater ease and mindfulness to carry into your life and relationships.
As a psychotherapist I will meet you where you are in the present moment while helping you learn the language of body, help you access the wisdom of your inner experiences, and provide skills to help you navigate - and renegotiate - the places that scare you.
Clients come to me when they are feeling lost or at a turning point in their lives, stuck in a relationship dynamic or in a career that has lost vitality, when bound by anxiety or depression, or in the throes of grief and loss.
Our sessions will be engaging. I will show up fully, bring positive presence, mindful attention and a full heart to our work. You can learn more about my approach to therapy. You are welcome to show up exactly as you are and I will meet you there. From this place our work begins. Contact me to learn more about the benefits and possibilities of psychotherapy. I am here to help.

I have been in the healing profession for nearly two decades, working in the fields of somatic wellness, conflict transformation, and counseling psychology. I have taken a unique path to arrive at my role as a psychotherapist.
My work has developed over the years, but is linked by the core belief that people have the inherent capacity for healing, resilience, and growth. I have seen this time and again with individuals and communities with whom I have worked.
My training and influences in this field include Jungian (depth) psychotherapy and dreamwork; mindfulness and contemplative practices; and trauma and resilience therapies. My work blends these practices and I provide a unique approach for each person I work with.
For many years I trained and practiced as a Certified Massage Therapist with a focus on pre- and peri-natal clients. Much of my practice has included working with women in change of life transitions, including during reproductive years and early parenting.
Please contact me and let's see if I am the right therapist for you.
I completed a Bachelor of Arts from Naropa University and received my Master of Arts from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Depth Counseling Psychology. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (LMFT #125092) and am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.
